CRI receives the Samorka Innovation Award

We are proud to announce that Carbon Recycling International (CRI) has received the Samorka Innovation Award. Presented by Samorka, the Federation of Icelandic Energy and Utility Companies, this award recognizes outstanding creative solutions within the energy and utilities sector.  

This year’s award highlights the vital role Icelandic expertise plays in driving meaningful global change in these critical sectors. 

For CRI, this recognition underscores the dedication of our team and the significance of our work in addressing energy challenges through our proprietary Emissions-to-Liquids (ETL) technology. ETL enables the conversion of carbon dioxide emissions into renewable methanol, a versatile and sustainable energy carrier used in fuels, chemicals and other applications.  

This award inspires us to continue working alongside our partners, advancing the global transition to renewable energy, and demonstrating the transformative potential of carbon recycling technologies.
